Pauline Qu and Asif
Pauline Qu and Asif perform and teach all over the country. They bring a touch of mystery combined with a fresh and funky approach to Belly Dance. They are gaining a nationally recognised reputation for dynamic and skilled drum solos and their sword dance is especially noted for being technically challenging and visually exciting!
Qu Tu
Qu Tu are Pauline Qu's professional troupe. They travel throughout the country performing high energy and polished improvised performances to both live drumming and recorded music. They are available for hen nights, family celebrations, weddings etc, no all male events.
The Nomads
The Rhythmic Nomads are the original tribe of BTS dancers and musicians offering the full on tribal experience. All their performances are fully improvised using a unique system of both visual and verbal cues between the dancers and musicians. They are noted for their Hi Energy, dramatic costuming and fierce performances
The Parliament
The Parliament are the newest BTS Tribe, offering the cutting edge of British Tribal Style. Full improvised performances, live drumming along with contemporary and eclectic music mixes!
Andraste
Andraste are one of Pauline Qu's British Tribal Style Troupes based in Lincoln and also offer dancing and drumming but with a more tradtional 'Tribal Feel'. They can be booked separately or along with the Nomads or any other combination of troupes
The Sisters of Many Rivers
The Sisters of Many Rivers are a newly formed Tribe based in York.
The Twisted Sisters
The Twisted Sisters, Tati Hafsa (www.tatihafsa.com) and Pauline Qu work together to bring two totally different sides of Arabic Dance into harmony. They fuse Egyptian and Tribal Style into unique and enchanting performances. They can be booked together or as part of any combination of the above troupes.
